Threats are growing in number, becoming more tangible and more severe. In the years ahead,the Nordic countries will invest substantial resources in strengthening their defence and total defence systems. This places higher demands on innovation, decisiveness, and collaboration among all actors involved in Nordic preparedness and resilience.
